The Project Execution Board (PEB) is responsible for:

• Managing the implementation of the project
• Preparing the project plan, defining work packages and allocating resources
• Coordinating the work of Regional Centres
• Organising inter-project collaboration

PEB meetings are held on a regular basis every Tuesday, at 16:00 and lasting no more than two hours.
