A standing committee of the Collaboration Board, the Overview Board (OB), has the role of overseeing the functioning of the WLCG Collaboration and of the WLCG MoU in particular.

The WLCG Overview Board also includes Tier-2 representatives to deal specifically with Tier-2 issues.

It also acts as a clearing-house for conflicts that may arise within the WLCG Collaboration. (WLCG MoU, 19 October 2005).
