Define categories of Regional Centres and the services to be offered. |

Review the concept of hierarchical RC's versus "GRID" RC's and propose categorization of the different RC's. |

Identify the services and functionalities required as RC's of the different categories |
Timescale: Initial report in 1 month, final report within 2 months
Makeup: Regional Centres' representatives in the SC2, CERN IT and Experiment representatives, additional members at chair's discretion
