The first meeting of the Grid Deployment Board (GDB) will take place in the INFN centre in Milano on 4 October 2002. It will start at 9 am and finish around 5 pm.
See below for the draft agenda, a list of hotels and information on how to find INFN Milano. Both the Central Station (train) and Linate Airport are quite near to the Physics Department (about 15 minutes and 10 Euros with a taxi). Malpensa airport is more than 50 km away.
On the evening before the meeting - October 3 - there will be a dinner in restaurant Cavallini. Please let Mirco Mazzucato know if you plan to attend. The restaurant Cavallini is at number 2, Via Mauro Macchi (on the corner with Piazza Camillo de Lellis - see squares A3-A4 on the map).
